Judeen Is a performer, teacher, choreographer, costume designer and vendor.
She has spent over 30 years dancing in clubs, restaurants, and private parties around the world. Owning her own studio and costume boutique, in the Santa Ynez Valley, California, keeps her busy during the week. Weekends are often spent on the road teaching workshops, dancing and vending.

Judeen has her own unique style of dance that has captivated audiences all over the world.

Judeen is a multi award winning performer. Her first awards in 1993, Belly Dancer of the year and the double crown winner. Her latest, IAMED'S 2000 cabaret dancer of the year, Belly Dancer of the Year duet, and 2001 video nominee, Festival of the Nile xx, featuring Judeen and Fahtiem.

In 1989 Judeen traveled to Egypt for the fIrst time. Through the 90s she spent 2 months a year In Egypt, buying merchandise for her boutique and studying dance. Besides studying raks sharqui and folkloric in Cairo, she traveled to the villages and studied Nubian, Saidi and Gawahzee.

Since 1999 Judeen has been going to Turkey for her boutique merchandise and to study Turkish Roman (gypsy) dance. Besides having many teachers from university professor, professional dancers /teachers, she has had the great fortune to be invited into homes to hear, see and dance with the Roman people.

With over 30 years of studying, performing, traveling and teaching, Judeen brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to this ever changing art form.
